Review by Elliot
Year Group 5
Harry has returned for the second year and terrible things are going to happen. Students have been attacked and Harry has to find out who is responsible.
The main character, Harry is older, wiser and becoming a stronger wizard compared to when we first met him in The Philosopher's stone.
The setting for this book is more scary because of the dark world of the chamber of secrets. Hidden inside the chamber is a terrifying beast and long lost hidden secrets.
This leads to a battle between good and evil to help save the school and its staff.
I enjoyed this book, because of the magic and battles between Harry and the dark side of the wizarding world.
I think children of my age and older would enjoy this book.
